Great deal. Great shoes
Shelby Hartzell
Visited this location today to buy shoes for my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we walked in the door we were stalked by two employees but most aggressively by Terrance for absolutely no reason. We ended up buying shoes but what was supposed to be a fun mother daughter experience looking for birthday shoes was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences we have ever had. Do better.

I visited this store to purchase back to school shoes for my children. During my visit, I noticed that I was being followed through the store as I shopped. My first response was to ask the associates about the sales offered. The response I received was that they did not know. Next the manager, Sarah come to the isle to monitor my shopping. At this point, she’s the 4th associate surveillancing myself and 2 children. At one point, a young mail was on my (adult men) aisle pretending to do “put backs” with children shoes in his hand. After leaving the store, I went on to call DSW to make a formal complaint. I went back the following day to use the reward points adding to my account and had the EXACT same experience. I’m trying on shoes while being surveillances by the younger red head female. I went to check out, Sarah was checking out customers and left when I approached the counter. Instructing the younger red head girl to check me out. Instead, I waited for Emmanuel the asst manager to check me out and expressed my concerns to him. While Emmanuel is checking me out, Sarah reappears to monitor his register. It’s shocking as adult professionals, we have to report the continue racial profiling that continues to take place in corporate companies in 2022. I wonder have had this same experience at the Newnan DSW. My concern is that Sarah did improve her steps of service during my next visit. It shows a lack of accountability. Who is holding the employee accountable at DSW when it comes to racial profiling minority shoppers.

Yes
Yes they do but most of the narrow shoes are mostly online because the DSW in Ashley Park is a smaller location. But the smaller the shoe size the more narrow it gets.
They usually do. Against the right wall towards the back.
Call the store manager. They will be happy to help. Or, go down in person to ask for an application.
