The toilet didn't work in the room, the steam room did not work the hot tub did not work and half of the exercise equipment did not work. The place looked like it is going to fall down around our ears it was so old and musty feeling would not recommend it to anybody else. Only stayed because there was no other choice.

The room we were in had a weird smell. The bedding was old. There was just a sheet covering the bed with a thin blanket under it. We had to go to the front desk to get an additional blanket. The bed was pretty soft and uncomfortable. The coffee pot was filthy and we weren’t even going to think about using it. The carpet looked dirty and but very worn. The heater made a loud noise noise when running. Looked like a nice swimming pool but was closed. No breakfast was served. The last day of our stay we were informed by one of the employees that there was COVID in the hotel. Over all the hotel showed its age and not well maintained. The hallway was very dingy. We would compare it to an old motel 6. Definitely not worth the $307 we paid. We more than likely wouldn’t stay there again.

First night, air conditioner heat was like a loud train in the room. Found kids underwear on my shower curtain. Coffee maker was filthy. Carpet was dirty Towels were very old and worn.

Staff was AMAZING! Room we first got was a bit ruined down,doorhandle to the bathroom was falling off and the toilet didn't work but they instantly switched us to a suite with no extra charge! I also left my necklace there and they're going to send it to my address for me! I would definitely stay here again
