No care for my kid. It’s scary enough as it is for a six year old to have to get a needle in their arm, the two people that “helped” just forcefully held my daughter down and didn’t give any kind of preface or explain what was gonna happen. You have to have a better way with kids. You have to warn kids what’s gonna happen

Had to wait more than one and half hour and name gets delayed every time. No clarity on who gets priority as the order in the display board is not maintained.
