Had a great experience trying out Rooster's Chicken & Waffles tonight. We ordered primarily chicken and waffles and mozzarella sticks. The coating on the chicken is amazing and crunchy with moist chicken. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly too. Everything balanced out with the delicious waffles which have the crunchy bursts of sugar in them. I highly recommend this as a chicken sandwich and tender stop in Wethersfield!
