Clean, quite (if you go early enough) but washers are not worth $4 per load. Over priced a-holes, I found a nice one for cheaper till my new washer and dryer get here. But to each their own. The only reason I gave 4 stars

From a more discerning clientele than others who have reviewed this location, folks, it ain't that great. It's expensive, lots of equipment is out of order, the air inside smells dank and the washers we had to use were dirty. I wish we had the time to look farther but we needed clean clothes to get back on the road. My advice, keep looking...

Clean & very well managed. This is by far the nicest coin op in the Tri-Cities. They have a wash machines the accommodate loads up to 75lb and also a few different size dryers. The dryers are in great working order, my large size load completely dried for .50 and .75 They have public restroom that are CLEAN. There has always been an attendant on duty during my visits and are very helpful and friendly. Vending machines, some seating, arcade games, laundry supplies avail, community board and wifi. Only downside is limited parking but that has never been a problem for me. I highly recommend this business and will only frequent this business for my coin op laundry needs!!!

Well the machines i used all seemed to work well $3 a load for the 20lb machines. 3 stars because there was no one working/ attendant so there was a homeless population camped out for the time i was there one of them. Occupied the bathroom for almost an hour! Otherwise it would have been I quiet fine time no more dirty then most laundry Matt's. Does not look big but all the machines are the newer large capacity front loaders so it worked out well. I will probably go back.
