I have always enjoyed this gym. Been going here for almost 2 years. Have gotten to know Norman (trainer) and he offered me a free workout with him to see what it was like. I happily agreed and do not regret it at all! I wish I was in the market for a trainer because he would be my first choice. He pushed me when I needed it and understood my lifting level and quickly put together a great leg day even though it was a busy time at the gym. If your in the market for a trainer i would recommend Norman.

Hammer strength machines and weights are in very nice condition, nice place that will end up moving to a bigger location which is good.
