Good medical care and nurturing recovery facility. Meals were prompt and of good quality and presentation. as not told of separate veterans group. Was there for detox only, yet was told I was being moved to residential. I had to say no. For discharge labs were drawn and reviewed with Nurse Practitioner. Was told someone would contact me for discharge only after two days of waiting, I found out that it was not needed. Communication to staff from nurse took long or was not acted on. Still recommend treatment location but with clear understanding of what facility has to offer and know what you want as end result. Daniel H.

Support groups can help provide additional accountability and shared commemoration after treatment. The Recovery Village provides each client with an individualized aftercare plan, which includes regular follow-ups, relapse-prevention programs and local resources.
