Tony and I went here today to purchase him a pair of Steel Toe Sketcher Tennis Shoe Style for his work. They were not only a Great price of $80, it was also tax free weekend...and I joined their reward program and earn savings for my next purchase. The shoes were exactly what he needed and wanted for work. Definitely will go back here again. Large store, helpful staff and great prices. Recommend highly!!!

I went to this shoe department and my 3 kids and their friends were looking at boots. I noticed some nice fancy looking boots. These boots got my attention. I keep going back to the boots and the price was 20$ in the clearance section. Son kept saying get it mom. mMind you, the price tag was the only thing that was on the box. It also had one boot for the right side and they keep the other outback. It fit nicely. Now, I decided to go ahead and purchase this nice set. I go to the front. Blow almost 200$ in the store alone. Thought i could retire my old boots at home. My son points out writing, infact all the boys do. It wasn't there before. It was descriptive on 2 different sizes. As I said the writing wasn't there before, I wouldn't have wasted money on a mismatch, I AM OCD. I would have noticed and I definitely wouldn't have purchased it. I took a retake on what happened. I know my kids and I was back in the clearance, the box definitely didn't have the writing. The label on the box, the shoe size label changed from an 8.5 to a 7.5. I remember placing the 8.5 on my right foot, not a 7.5 on my left. Be aware, they will con you. They will lie and change boxes. I am ocd and I remember this clearly when all this happened. The man even hid the words written on the box towards him so I wouldn't notice. It worked. I didn't notice until we walked all the way home. They are dirty, be careful. Make sure you take a picture of the box so they don't do to you like they have done to others and myself. Be on alert. They will rob you clean if given a chance. Always check your purchase. Do not trust them and please spread the word they do this and not many are speaking up.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
