So I have to laugh at this review, as we entered the store and started to look around the lady working at the register was talking to a friend, she was talking about how she visited another shoe store and how unorganized and how unprofessional they where. She was giving examples to her friend on why they where unprofessional and one example was about the person working the register was not doing there job and sitting around talking, and yet here we are in the store and she is doing the same thing. The reason for my 1 star review is because everything she was complaining about is exactly what she was doing in her own store, when we walked in she never said hi, she never once asked if we needed help, and as we left we said thank you and she never responded. The shoes where very well organized, the store was clean, prices where a bit high, however customer service was absolutely horrible.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
