Micro Center has the best consultation service I've ever delt with. They answer your questions In a timely manner. The information they gave me on several occasions was accurate and helpful. Keep up the work and thanks

There were about 30 today. There are none left.
I sure they can do that but at a price
They may be running a promotion
You can check their website to see what they have in stock at each of their stores and available online.
Sure, they have a pretty decent selection of universal remotes. Better to check the store nearest you for what they have in stock.
They do but ram is like the easiest thing to install
Contact information via the website for inquiries
You can inquire at the Knowledge Bar but it maybe referred out
You are probably better off buying a new one than having your old one fix. Might be cheaper. All I can advise is to bring it to the store and ask if they know how much it will cost to fix
Check the website for local store inventory.
If you lost your ticket you just have to give an identification
The Best place
As a former MC105 warehouse employee, we got trucks twice a week. Usually Wednesday and Friday. Although we didn't know what Home office was sending us, still a good idea to find out your local MC delivery days. Lastly, truck day on hands didn't change until the store was open for business. Disclaimer: This was all 5yrs ago. Things may have changed.
They range in price but I'm sure you can get one at a reasonable discount from Micro Center.
Usually I use southeast door, that's next to microcenter..and always Open.
Masks required. A member of staff is posted at the door to provide you with sanitizer and / or to monitor the number of people in the store so that social distancing practices can be followed. There are partitions installed at the registers to protect you and the employees. Overall one of the most proactive stores you can go shopping in. I would 100% encourage you to go by and see them. There is usually no line unless there is some type of product launch happening or some other type of event / promotion.
I'm surprised. I've had nothing but excellent experiences and service there. I'm sure if you call the manager or go back they'll take care of it
Yes You should call and Check to see whats in stock as the listing can be misleading
They sell ink
I dont work there sorry
i
I am a customer I don't work at Micro You have to call store to ask for what you need
Call the store
You have to go there and see.
No. They do not offer that service. You would have to go to staples
No they don't.
Definitely, they sell probably four or five different models from a bunch of manufacturers.
If you are certain that it's just a matter of a missing screw/screws, then instead of bringing the computer in, get a replacement for the screw/s. Otherwise, their repair center has very knowledgeable people that you could consult with, before you bring the computer in.
Of course they do. As well as the tools necessary to turn the screw.
Mon 10 to 6, Tue - Sat 10 to 9, Sun 11 to 6
No. I believe you can buy a license but you are better off dealing with Microsoft.
The KVM products by IOGear and Trendnet have been working well for me and are good value. Be sure to get the right cables for the equipment that you are connecting
Sure they'll try & if can't referral where can....!
They only repair computers. Anything outside of that they don't do. They will sell insurance when you buy products from them, which they'll replace if in stock. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer to see if they do.
For that type of problem you would need to get assistance online from google.
Yes they do have those. You may not need a OTG, they may have a micro USB-C to HDMI adapter.
Microcenter will price match with most major retailers. If the item is an in-store only deal then there is a very good chance that the item will not be price matched.
They have techs there. Probably better than the standard Staples/Best Buy crowd.
Yes you can. There are many forums for this situation. I was able to do it with my ps4 also and I went from 500gb to 2tb. I used a 1tb external hd to transfer all the data. On the ps3 you can also use a usb stick. The ps3 allows you to transfer data via settings. Always research before doing. Good luck.
Just go there and tell them a maximum price your willing to pay and have them build the PC for you. You can evaluate what options are and they can help you decide if you want to make sacrifices in certain areas to get more desired options. Just let them know what your looking to do with the PC and they will help build with you.
If compressed air doesn't help, I would just buy a new one.
Modified store hours can most likely be found on their website. The parking lot structure is constantly being worked on. You may have to walk to the front door if you are unable to drive there.
They don't make 120, 128 from 50-90 for a sd flash card
That depends on your phone, would need phone brand and TV information to make sure they have correct wire.
Yes they have to run a diagnostic
They won't answer you here, this is a question section for reviewers and other consumers. You have to walk into the store and ask some at the tech bar or anyone in the pc building department in the back. They will let you know, but from experience, they will do so for a price
