Needed to get non filer letter at irs. I did not have an appt and we were seen almost immediately. There weren't people waiting and we were out within 20 minutes. Be prepared to go thru metal detectors as it is a federal building. Parking at meters at plenty available out front.

There is plenty of street parking right in front of building. It is metered so bring quarters.
