Just got out from working the night shift so I decided to stop at family dollar on 1227 webster ave to buy a bottle water the person in front ask me with an attitude to leave my personal bag at the front I have my food, money and other personal thing in my bag so I told them no and why... After walking in the store the manager came up to me with a rage and told me with an unprofessional attitude that I should leave the store guess what I left not shopping here anymore...I got my water at the corner store... The workers definitely don't have proper customer service it's a shame. Not every body are thief and if you treat everyone like that then you would lose customers.

This store has has supplies and employees issues for quite awhile. I don't understand why their main office doesn't do anything about it. Their problems existed before COVID. One day recently they locked the door telling customers to come back in an half-hour. I couldn't believe and they were laughing as irated customers walked away and this was 6:30 pm.I was standing on line waiting to pay for my ite.

this store needs new management especially in the evening with the stocky or heavy guy manager. He has very poor customer service skills and allows stuff to sit in boxes not on shelves for days so customers can purchase the items. store is going down hill quickly. As of 5/25/2022 this store has taken a definite nose dive. They never have anything in stock,that is when they actually put it out in the floor. You come in buy something and come back a week or two later its like it never existed. I've seen product sit in boxes on the sales floor for a few days before its restocked on shelves.
