First time buying a ring there - my son was excited as he earned enough "points" to get a sterling silver and was fascinated by the store. Susan was exceptional - she was professional, informative, and sweet to my son, helping him pick out a ring with his points. Everything was high-quality but we were able to find a great one in the "children's" range - the products were beautiful and the service was excellent. Thank you Susan and Diamond Hut. My son and I loved the box and wrapping. Very nice, clean, efficient location.

Had a really fantastic experience with Robert & Himani yesterday and came home with a Hamilton Khaki Auto Titanium that really stood out in the display case. It’s one thing to be a salesperson, but being attentive & knowledgeable about what you’re selling is something I value greatly. Himani and I had a great casual conversation about watches as I tried some on; very pleasant to deal with. Robert the store manager was also a stand-out and made sure that my experience was great all the way through. Sizing was done perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to building a purchase history and relationship with this store. The in-store experience can be intimidating for many, but having a great team to help you makes the experience very enjoyable especially for watch enthusiasts. Again, I am very happy with my experience. The watch itself is really impressive & every enthusiast should have a Hamilton!
