Purifying oxygen facial with Adrea was amazing. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and technical (using a bunch of advanced technology you won’t find at most salons). It’s worth the money and I’ll definitely be back.

I use to go to Joanna Vargas every year for 6-9 sessions a year; for the last 4-5 years. I called today in the morning and asked the front desk agent to send me by email their current packages so I can choose something and start my sessions for this year. She took all my info even though I am already in their system and mentioned she'll send their current deals over to my email. It's past 5 hours and I did not receive any email yet, so I called again to be answered by another agent that said with her broken English that she doesn't understand me and that she'll check it out with the other agent. She put me on hold and just transferred me to the other one , to whom I had to repeat the same information over again twice so that finally she would ask me ,, what packages are you interested in"? God ! Facial current packages ! What is that difficult to be assisted???? This place deserves 5 star appreciation , but their front desk ladies make it so much difficult for this to happen. I just had to give up and close the conversation than to deal with so much unprofessionalism.
