Got here at 2 pm, have been sitting in the room for an hour and it closes in 15 minutes. Nurse was extremely rude after trying to get an update on when I was able to be seen. For a place called urgent care, they weren't very urgent

I never have to wait for an appointment because it’s never busy. But I think I know why. The nursing staff is incredible nice and ask all the right questions. But the two times I’ve come to see the doctor they were both rude and condescending. The first time the doctor cut me off to mansplained to me the different between a virus and a bacteria infection. He also cut me off while I was explaining my symptoms saying that I need to let him speak first. The second time the attending doctor didn’t bother reading any of the notes that the nurse took. She didn’t even do a full exam. She claimed that I didn’t tell her that I used a rescue inhaler (I did, but I said it wasn’t working). She also claimed that the computer didn’t tell her what I was previously prescribed from the last visit (it did, because the nurse mentioned it). I guess it’s time to find a GP. God bless the nurses that need to deal with this kind of arrogance.

This review is for the urgent care. These medical professional deserve a great review! They were friendly and professional for a welcome change! While other medical offices are so paranoid and seem to have lost their will to practice medicine these folks were there for me in my time of need. Thanks again!

Went in there with shortness of breath and the doctor sent me to emergency room without even checking my lungs. Same doctor was also rude.

I couldnt get an appointment for either. What kind of world are we living in where no one can go to the doctor when theyre sick and workers in doctors offices are being forced to be vaccinated to work in offices where no one is aloud in to see the doctor?
Rapid antigen tests are most effective in people being tested at height of illness, when the virus’ presence in the body is highest. People with and without symptoms can get a PCR test to confirm their COVID-19 status. PCR tests are more accurate in detecting the virus in those without symptoms or those with symptoms who may not be at the peak of their illness.
Yes. All of our locations have rapid COVID-19 antigen tests. Our clinicians reserve the right to administer the test they deem best suited for each individual patient and his or her unique situation. Please note, we also continue to offer PCR COVID-19 tests, which can be more accurate in identifying the virus in people with and without symptoms.
At this time, we do not require pre-registration for COVID-19 testing. However, for your convenience, you may call to register over the phone and our team will assign you a COVID-19 testing timeslot. Please have your insurance information readily available when calling.
No. Our urgent cares are performing COVID-19 tests on both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients without a prescription. Your provider will talk to you about the best testing option for your unique situation.
As part of the Cares Act, regardless of your immigration status, if you are a New Jersey resident and do not have health insurance, COVID-19 test processing fees are waived at Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care locations. Please note, at the time of your COVID-19 test, you will also be seen and evaluated by a provider. Therefore, you will be billed by Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care for your in-office evaluation. You will not be billed by the lab that processes your COVID-19 test.
Insurance coverage for COVID-19 testing may vary. Please verify costs and coverage with your individual insurance carrier directly.

All of our locations offer x-ray, labs, and EKGs right on site. We do not perform CT Scans or MRIs.
