Very nice place to live. Maintenance is top notch! I had air conditioning trouble. Due to supply chain issues the staff did not have a central air unit to replace mine, they came in under an hour with a window unit and installed it for me, a week later they had a brand new central unit installed and working perfectly. The grounds are kept beautifully and, often overlooked things like snow removal, safety and security measures are all on point. I consider myself lucky to be living here.

Clean apartments are fully taken care of inside and out. Great place to live minus the entrance and exit of the facility. Kind of hard leaving on the service road of Sunrise Hwy Other than that very happy with complex.

I love it here!the neighbors are very nice and I love my apartment. We are right in front of the lake . Joyce treated us great when we moved in .
