Great place to watch jack o lantern

I loved both visiting the buildings and walking around the gardens. The buildings are set up the way they were used by their owners, often dating back to the XIX century. Unfortunately very few buildings were open when I visited, so I missed out quite a bit of the history lesson.

Yes, I was there yesterday and they have some lines at the ticket booths for credit cards. Between the shows (circus, diving, BMX bikes), and access to the historical Village, it's definitely worth it.
It's possible but it would not be convenient at all. Your best bet would be to take the Long Island Railroad to Hicksville and then take a taxi to the venue. The n79 bus along Old Country Road does not run frequently enough to be practical.

I would assume not. There's no space essentially. It's an historic site, so there's lots of people walking around, and it would be dangerous to have anyone on a bike in such a confined space. Bikes are probably not permitted on the premises. Have fun!!
There is no restaurant or coffee shop. Just vending machines for beverages.
