There are some very delicious looking dishes on the menu. First time here and had the Oysters Po Boy Sandwich. Breaded deep fried oysters in a 6 inch bun with mayo, onions tomatoes. Fresh seafood for purchase is available. $18 for a dozen raw oysters. Smoked scallop free sample has a wonderful mix of flavors. See my menu photos.

My Wife & I were visiting Oregon from Seattle, and we were on our way back to Portland from Crater Lake National Park when we searched for Seafood Boil in the Eugene area, and this restaurant came up. We went to the restaurant, but instead of Seafood Boil, we ordered Clam Chowder and Seafood Stew, both of which were average. Next, we ordered Oyster shots which didn’t taste fresh, and finally, New Orleans Bowl, which was good.

So the second you park near this place you smell the smoke and know they are cooking with fire. We walked in and I ask the big guy what should I order. He goes You need to order the Rock cod fish sandwich and the sturgeon fish and chips so that’s what we did. I told him it was our first visit so he says You need to try the sauces in the sauce bar and pick your sauce. He goes you need to try the Bang Bang and the Tijuana Terror. This guys know his ssss. I tried them all and ended up with the Bang Bang and the Tijuana Terror. The food came out and it got silent. Fish was flying and sauces dunked. Just amazing. So amazing I came back twice. This is a must if you’re in Eugene. They also have raw seafood to buy and some live crustaceans. The second time we came was right after the Spring Ducks game. Others at the game had the same idea. I saw a lot of people ordering to go. Smart.

Been here a few times. This time, I ordered the razor clam special at their public house location. It was ok, but the disappointing part was the batter was still wet on the inside of both our orders. Otherwise, the food I've had here has been good. The cocktail sauce is really excellent, made the whole experience way better!

Parking IS quite limited, but they do have six or seven spots right there and there is ample parking across the street. And always worth the walk.
Market price every day. Excellent food!!
Also, if you haven’t heard, we opened a second (restaurant only) location at PublicHouse in Springfield! That location is open Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11am–10pm; Friday & Saturday 11am–11pm; closed Monday and Tuesday.
Masks are required plus social distancing. There is hand sanitizer available inside. There's probably a compacity restriction. Once you make it through the line indoors you place your order. They do cook fish for menu orders. There are a couple of tables outside that you can eat at.
Wow I am not sure. Better call. Our food was fresh and delicious
Not busy these days.
There's plenty of sea food and fresh meats and veggies. I also like to eat gluten free.
The food is so good, the short walk is well worth it if there isn't parking at the market. We found a spot in the lot one day and parked about a block away the next time. Either way, very easy to get to and definitely worth the short walk.
Hi Nancy—yes, we sell gift cards! You can stop in and purchase one, or buy from our online store: https://fishermanskitchen.com/collections/gift-cards and we'll pop it in the mail.
Hi Pam! Our Captain's Platter is available grilled or fried and comes with 2 pieces of cod, 5 shrimp, and ¼ lb. clam strips. Served with criss-cut fries and your choice of honey-poppy seed or cilantro-lime coleslaw. You can check out our full menu at http://eugenefishmarket.com/menu We also have Daily Specials posted in the Market. Dean is right about the parking—but we do have a few reserved parking spots across West 7th if the lot is filled. We hope to see you soon!
Hi Tammie! Simply add the entire bag to boiling water and cook about 5–7 minutes. We recommend serving with dinner rolls, to soak up some of the deliciously seasoned liquid!
