It seems that two packages sent here at different times have stayed for more than three months.
I'm in trouble because I used it for moving.
I still have the tracking number, but I don't know when it will disappear, so I'm just stressed.

No one answers the Jersey USPS phone when I called..fortunately,USPS has a online system.After multiple times to research my package in two months .My package is still miraculously lost.!!Two boxes sent out at the same time from Japan, one box is mostly old household items, received. But there was big hole on the box and lost one new wallet. I didn't mind it because after all ,only this small stuff less!! Another box is mostly new shopping items, but they told me that the whole box was lost now!! Do you believe this was not intentional theft? The value of this box is irreparable to us. Looking at other people's experiences in this place, there are many similar examples. The harm and loss caused by the incompetence of the USPS in this place cannot be compensated by money.

Awful. No customer service. Lost package. My package was processed through facility on 05.07.2022 foreign center Jersey city no 099. It is August 20, 2022 and now tracking number does not show any info at all. Where is my package??? Tracking CL088044193RU or return my money that I spent on good!!!!!
I have filed claims with the USPS and they say it has been resolved but I have not received my package . My Package was mailed from Ohio on May 21, and shows it is sitting in your distribution center since May 28. Can you give me an update ?

My international parcel is stuck there since 1.5 months. "Your item has been processed through our facility in FOREIGN CENTERJERSEY CITY NJ 099 at 12:42 pm on May 31, 2019." No status update since then and no one answers any calls!

You should contact your local post office and have them track it.If not satisfied file a complaint.

I am also missing a package that was shipped to me from the UK and it last tracked there on November 27, nothing since. Did you file a missing package inquiry through the post office?
I bought some shoes and they arrived here today, do you guys think they will ever arrive. If they don't who can I contact for help?

Bad place for work . bad management. no over time .this job will make you Financially broke and they will kill your rights . they will control your life . you can't work the shift and the time you want. they don't care about anything.

Ask your local post office to put tracer on it if you have tracking number. Provide shippers name and address and yours too.
Is facility open to the public - can I bring tracking number and get my package?

Occasionally some packages are broken or comes loosen so it may require some repackaging or if the address is lost, it would be transferred to Atlanta facility for verification and contacting the originating post office.
