There was an OSHA training given at 1178 Broadway 3rd floor New York NY 10011 which is a fraud but uses OSHA to lure people in and takes $190.00 for training. These people took and paid the course in September 2017 and have yet to receive the card.

How much is the course
I took an OSHA 10 class in Jersey City 3 months ago & never received an OSHA card how do I get it
