This is a perfect location for visiting family. I enjoyed taking my grandbaby to the pool. I will definately plan to return to your facility in the future. This is not our first time visiting. The waitor we had at breakfast was so kind.

Good rooms. Nice location. Indoor pool and small workout area. Located close to the river and bring right across the police building at Portsmouth brings safety. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast at Oscars was very slow. The place is packed for dinner though.

Room was clean beds were clean and comfortable. For a hotel TV was a little small. Bathroom tiny. The rugs especially in the hallways had so much perfume in them it stunk. Staff very nice and friendly. The room air conditioner and heater left a lot to be desired but it did warm the room up after a while.
