Worst UPS store ever. Whoever the bald guy with glasses is, time to let that guy go. Making people wait in a line outside the door for just package scans. Unbelievable and should be ashamed. Awful customer service

Store owned by a two bit thug marine wannabe. I asked for delivery signature to be waived. He didn't do this and my steamer trunk of clothes came back to store. Apparently he knew my cousin in Chicago where iwas m moving to better I did...he must have known his scheduled work hours and knew for certain when my cousin would b home to sign...he thinks he is God. Lowlife punk who I hope will burn in hell.
