I came here with my mother in law after booking an appointment online because she had a strange swelling under the left eye. I saw all the raving reviews and had high hopes. I’d been here once before a number of years before and the service was good, I remember. We waited more than an hour and half and then finally made it into a room and then had to wait more than another half hour. Meanwhile the staff is just having conversations outside the patient rooms. This is unacceptable. They have zero regard for patients or their time. How are people giving good reviews to this place? This is supposed to be urgent care. There is no urgency in any of the staff here . I witnessed numerous patients come and go without being able to actually be seen. There was so much frustration with how this place is being managed. How is this ok? Please be more socially responsible and get your act together. You are supposed to provide a service to humanity. If you’re not going to help at least don’t hurt patients by denying fast and proper care. The only good thing about this visit was the doctor itself who seemed to genuinely care and be knowledgeable.

Rye urgent care was amazing. Short wait time. Best most thorough doctor and nurse. I was not feeling well at all and they took great care. Were very thorough... caring and considerate.

I was seen early on a Saturday morning with no appointment and treated by a highly competent Nurse Practitioner. The facility is clean and efficiently run.
