I am so appreciative for the excellent service provided to my family and the community by the entire Pike County Transportation Department. Words can not express how grateful I am for the many times they assisted in getting my elderly father and stepmother to and from Doctor Appointments. The ladies in the office as well as the drivers make us feel like we are part of their extended family. I'd like to thank them for their compassion and all they do to make life a little easier for the entire Pike County Community!

Pike County transported a family member to his medical appointment. The drivers and office staff were wonderful and compassionate. My loved one got to and from their appointment safely. We grateful for this service.

I still after six months I can't stand the women in that Pike County Transportation I had called the day I was supposed on August 17, 2022 and the woman does nothing but yell at me ( she isn't supposed to yell at anybody) because she said ( but I had told Diane in that office twice in my conversation with her two weeks before) my new phone new number (which wasn't my fault that I have one due to Mobile phone provider) The driver coudn't get in touch to verify (which I mentioned to director in another email days before) I still can't stand them.
