Place is gross and the lady at the desk is rude, gross looks dirty and doesn't care. Sat around with my child for hours in the waiting room. Worst place ever!! Bathroom is nasty and has no locks on the only stall or door. Sink didn't even drain 🤦 our money goes to what???

Sent my friend home with severe neurological issues claiming it was withdrawal symptoms without examining her, later rushed to another hospital where she remains. Severe prejudice against anyone that might need pain meds.

I am very pleased with my experience at the ER. I had an ATV accident and the staff was friendly and caring during my visit. The physician on duty Dr Smith-Mensah did a remarkable job suturing 25 stitches to a deep cut I had on my chin & now 2 months later the scar is hardly even noticeable. I just want to say "thank you, PBH."
