Very clean store, the men’s section takes up about a little over 2/3rds of it, so the women’s area/selection is limited. (The women’s section is what’s in the photo.) I visited for two reasons, to return an item purchased at Brooks Brothers online, and to get the sleeves altered on a jacket I purchased at Brooks Brothers online. A staff member greeted me before I was three steps in the door and when I let her know what I needed she showed me to the dressing room and immediately called the in-house tailor, who showed about four minutes later. When the tailor was finished making measurements, he walked me over to third employee who immediately rang me up, and helped me return my online order. So despite the fact I walked in athletic gear carrying a Target bag, each of my interactions with three employees was extremely pleasant and professional. I do wish they had a larger women’s section, but that’s what the internet is for!
