I was extremely pleased with the care I received at CityMD 88th when I accidentally sliced my finger (instead of the orange I was trying to cut.) They tried to stop the bleeding with pressure but, as I expected, the needed to stitch it. Twelve days later they removed the stitching. Both times they were professional, attentive and careful.

Leaving a terrible review for one of the doctors who works night shifts, tall, grey ish hair, white man, a memorably MEAN doctor who sent me to the hospital for no reason when I came in with s/h scars that were a few days old. I came in visibly okay, I was just concerned about infection. He called the EMS, medics saw no reason to take me to the hospital, but they said they "have to follow doctors orders." I explained that I'm a student, I don't have the money to pay for hospital bills, etc. Doctor said "don't fight me on this" in the most rude tone and had me sent to the ER, where I wasted 2 hours, up until 2am, where the psychiatrist also said "I'm sorry they sent you here." This doctor should be fired for lack of mental health awareness if not simply for the way he treats people. I can't believe how many people like him are in a position like this, thinking they're doing the Lord's work with the power they have. Left in a worse state than I had been in coming in. He didn't even treat the injuries, brushed it off with a "it's fine."

I went in the middle of a weekday. Waited probably 20 minutes to be seen and evaluation was quick. Felt like a very regular urgent care, no surprises

Good doctors and a smooth, if slightly lengthy, intake process

No
I received an email with the results and they were also in the CityMD portal within an hour or so. I was not offered a paper copy.
Yes
I'm from out of the country and don't have American insurance. I was able to get a COVID test free of charge. And the staff on hand is really professional and extremely nice.
Yes, I was in NYC, March 2015, fell down a staircase.
