The Manager and front desk help clerk Maria is Great people, but there was a black lady with long braided hair is a disaster, very rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, disrespectful, disgraceful, argumentative, unresponsive and careless person. 800 people filed complaint for this worker, she was kicked out from the office but somehow she managed to come back. Certainly we don't want her back!!

Co workers were fighting in the back for 5 minutes. The woman was the most unhelpful and unfriendly person I have ever met.

They didn't pick up my package from post drop-off box that they were supposed to pick up with their schedule. Better to use the window clerk next time.
