This is so disappointing. I traveled all the way here and they’re not opened. They open at 12pm and the time now is 2pm. Tried calling and all of the numbers are disconnected. Bad business.

The only store I go to for my Waist Beads. Better than shopping online for beads as these are authentic since they don’t have the clasp/screw like the fraudulent ones online. These are from Ghana and the traditional waist beads are meant to be put on only removed by cutting them off. The mother/daughter duo who own this shop are wonderful and I will continue to support this shop!! They also have many authentic items from Ghana. Handmade leather bags, butters, etc. 5 stars! —- Update. Have gone here a few times over the past couple of months and they are always closed. I am going to assume at this point they went out of business. A shame they can’t update the google hours.

This is the 2nd time I show up at the shop and they are NOT open. It is 1pm right now and the hours are from 11am to 7pm. Waste of time coming here.

Wonderful Black Owned Business with beautiful clothes and wares. It’s an amazing store with a lot of cool and quality finds. When you enter you can smell the incense and sage cleansing the atmosphere. You can tell right away that everything is selected with the utmost care and made from the highest quality. The fabrics for the clothes and head wraps too is unmatched! Really great stuff. It’s a wonderful gem for the neighborhood and where I personally shop for a lot of unique gifts for my own “tribe” . The owner is really kind and warm as well as the employees. Every time we go we’re greeted with a smile, warm welcoming, and an authentic encounter. They care about the customer and your experience and hope to enrich it by their expertise and products. I always feel great shopping here. It’s worth the trip from any area in the Tristate as there is no other shop like it! Come in and catch a great vibe!
