My mother has been at Brookdale for several months and has adjusted well. They provide several daily activities and outings. The staff is very attentive to her needs and always encourage residents to participate in activities She loves the food and has made several new friends. Ashley the Executive Director is great! I would definitely recommend this facility.

The team members at Brookdale are caring and friendly; they treat my mom like family. The facility is clean, the food is delicious, and there are lots of activities for my mom to participate in. Most importantly, my mom is happy at Brookdale!

I contacted a company about a search for my 87 year old uncle last week and got a call from the sales manager at Brookdale Wayne within the hour. He spoke with me on the phone for a while and really understood my challenges and I felt so comfortable that I booked an appointment with him for later that week. I came in during the afternoon one day last week and after we spend a few minutes discussing my uncle, he took me through each floor and introduced me to the staff and some of the residents. Everyone was so attentive and you could see how they acted with the residents and really took the time to always get a smile out of everyone. I saw several model sizes and actually told him that I wish that I could live here. We are bring my uncle down from upstate NY next weekend and having lunch while we show him around and I just know he will feel right at home. It is like hotel living but with character and a homelike atmosphere with all the care and fun and games. I have already had my cousin call Chris and he was very gracious and gave him a virtual tour without hesitation. We are so looking forward to bringing down my uncle and would love to get him settled in by early next month. My experience was top notch and being able to have my uncle close to my home in Butler just makes my heart so happy.
