July 14th 2021 I ordered a 26 foot truck and requested a lift gate. The assistant manager Idealt with was not pleasant and informed me that I will get a truck and not necessarily one with a lift gate. Well, I got a truck with a lift gate but it was displaying error codes by the time I got home and a technician had to spend 5 hours rewiring the harness in my driveway. I was given an extra day by the manager. On the way to South Carolina, indicator lights came on and I called the service. I was told by the assistant manager that “well, you wanted a lift gate and that these trucks were going for 300.00 per day. “ Fortunately, the truck was going through a regen and we completed our trip. I brought the truck back and was given a discount. But, it still was not worth all the trouble I had with the truck and, THE A/C WAS INTERMITTENT. I WILL NOT USE PENSKE AGAIN.
