This is the most disgusting facility my family has ever encountered! Imagine nun/ nurse “accidentally “ pulling out the oxygen and then in denial! Nun physically running after family members screaming to wear a plastic gear on face in addition to already wearing a n95 mask when the floors were filthy. Run away!!

Our family is very happy with my mother's transition to Ozanam Hall The staff treat my mother very well and her condition has improved since she was admitted. Thanks to all of the staff and the Carmelite Sisters!

Terrible!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! It’s Old, outdated and depressing. My uncle was completely neglected! The room had no phone to reach my elderly uncle and it was difficult to communicate with anyone there to get Information. They left my uncle in pain waiting for his medication, he fell because he needed to go to the bathroom and couldn’t wait any longer. He ended up getting COVID after a few days there and died from being in that awful place. I’m very sad that he was there. They did not take care of him. It’s pathetic and poorly run place. Horrific!

Edit - don't bring your loved one to this place. 👎👎👎⤵️ Edit- judging by your response from past reviews, I see your concerns are NOT very important to you. You've done NOTHING ZERO, to improve your facility or reputation. Why would I bother to contact you. For a Catholic rehabilitation facility, run by nurses. Ozanam runs like a bare bones business. In other words, do as little as possible. Please,if you have to have a relative there. Check on them daily. Otherwise, they will be left alone. Horrible is a word I would use. Dirt on the floor, not feeding our parent. Nurses(nun) lying to our face.
