The 3 stars are only for the Physical therapists. They were kind, pleasant and encouraging. Im sure they would of had my mom up and walking again if I didnt have her discharged abruptly. I loved the convience of the parking and the unrestricted visiting hours. Some of the aww day Nurses, Aid & other staff were pleasant but overnight was horrible. The 11pm to 7am aids and nurses take advantage of family not being around. My mom experienced an aid named Arlene who yelled at her for ringing the bell for wanting water! My mom has difficulty feeding herself and the aid slammed the water on the table and told to get it herself. My mom had struggled to get water and drink herself. This tells you they hire people who lack compassion! Another saw her watching TV and shut it off an told her to go to sleep, like she is a toddler. She would ask for the Nurse who seemed too busy or not around in the night. Others simply ignored her rings for help. This facility is very short staffed and was not able to give my mom the medical attention she needed. They failed to give her, her regularly water medicine for over 3 weeks. When they did get it, they were giving her the wrong doses, resulting in her being unable to breathe due to fluid on her lungs. It was a fight getting them to look in that! The nurse manager Patt did all she could to address my many concerns and I appreciate her for that. In the end the many concerning things I witnessed, that I did not mention here, I requested to have her discharged. All I have to say is if you are considering this place please be present, watch your loved ones medical and dont let the aids disrespect them!

i been here for 3 months. A cheerful crew operates this facility i am only sorry i couldn’t stay another month to enjoy myself. an addition to that the therapist are knowledgeable and very competent i will miss them and i will not be back because they taught me to Discipline myself and stay aware of my physical limitations.
