Excellent service today!!! We had already called at least a dozen tire shops and they all had said the same thing, they would have to order them in. Superior Tire Services were awesome they had our size tires in stock for our dually the lady said come on in and we left very happy. Good price, in stock, and it didn't take long at all.

Fantastic service got a nail in my tires I bought this summer. I took it down without an appointment on a Monday morning and they were able to fix the tire and put it back on my car for no cost. Absolutely can't recommend them enough. ☺️

After a really bad experience with a terrible, dishonest mechanic, I've been hesitant to trust another auto shop. But a friend told me about Superior a few days ago when I mentioned that I had to balance/mount a replacement tire. (Someone had intentionally punctured one of my tires in the sidewall.) Now with Superior, my faith in mechanics has been restored. And the company's name is accurate. Everyone at Superior is friendly and helpful. Their fair prices prove they have integrity. I'm thrilled to have discovered them and they will now be my go-to whenever I need tires or car repairs. An extra shout-out to Brandon and Aaron, as well as the other guys who helped get me back on the road safely. Superior Tire Service provides superior service. (Friends know that I have high standards, so when I give praise, it's legit.)

I initially purchased some tires online from Goodyear and Superior Tire Service, in Salem, was one of the closest locations where I could have the tires mounted, so I setup an appointment to get a set of 4 tires put on my vehicle. There had been a glitch on the website when I ordered my tires and I did not notice the wrong tires were on the order, until they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay and I noticed they were the wrong tires. I had ordered tires with raised white lettering on the sidewalls and these were blackwalls with black letters. I went inside and let Edna know those were the wrong tires. So, I went home and contacted Goodyear and explained what happened and they were going to have me go back to Superior Tire Service and replace the black letter tires with white letter tires. However, that would result in another appointment and spending another four hours of another day, so I opted to take advantage of the Goodyear price match guarantee; and Edna was helpful in getting the documentation over to Goodyear that they needed. During the service, the tire tech discovered I had a front brake caliper that was hanging up and let me know about that situation, accompanied by a quote to for a front brake job.
