Wonderful way to spend time relaxing!! Clean area for guests and if you want to watch something...you can watch the employees working as a team to get us on the road it's amazing!! Oh and my tires kick a$$!! Busy place because it has Wonderful service. Keep it up and you will always have my family as customers.

I always use Discount Tire to purchase my tires, and go there to get tires balanced/rotated, because of the friendly service and I trust them with my vehicles. Well on my last visit everything was fine like normal and they were quick and I was about to be on my way back on the road when a tech comes out of the bay and says that the crew is having a hard time putting my wheels back on because something about the lugs being stripped because not the right size for my car, and we need to change them as my wheel could fall off and they also asked if the wheels were previously on another car. I told them yes a long time ago, BUT when I came in with my new car in Oct 2021, and bought NEW tires from THEM, they put the tires on those same wheels and sent me on my way. I still had to pay $51 for a new lug set! I understand that this would have been a purchase had they caught this when I bought the tires, but since they didn't, and potentially put me in harms way, I feel that they should have covered this purchase for me.

I go in for a simple tire repair. Should only take 15 minutes tops to resolve this. They tell me it's going to be 2 hours before they get to it. So I make appointment. I show up for my appointment my car set there for a hour after asking what's taken. They finally pull it in just to tell me tire can't be repaid after I was already told it could be trying to sell me a new tire. They take way too long. And still don't resolve my issue.

Came in with no appointment on a busy Saturday. No matter how busy they were, no matter how complicated some of the orders for the customers were, the associates there always provided great, polite service with a smile. I got my rotation done, and to my surprise, they didn't charge for it. Could be because I've had certs on tires I've bought before, but it was still a very pleasant surprise. If I wasn't moving tomorrow, I would definitely come back here as a customer
