I will never go back here again. They claim they are handicap accessible but after we booked the room we found out there was no elevator and I can't walk up stairs that good. We asked Cheyenne if there was an open room on the first floor. She continued to complain to us about her work schedule. My friend and I just drove 10 to get to a hotel and would like to not hear someone complain they are tired. There was a room with a king bed. My friend said she would pay the extra fee. Then the girl said she couldn't switch it because she couldn't give us a refund. We we not looking for a refund, we wanted a first floor room. We ended up on the second floor. We spoke with the manager but by then it was too late to change our opinion of this hotel.

GM Dismissive & Unhelpful with Necessary Cancellation. Due to an unexpected serious illness in my family, I first postponed, then had to cancel, my trip. The hotel changed the dates of my stay for me when I called to initially postpone, and sent me a corrected itinerary - that's where the problem started. They did not change the dates on the online reservation, nor tell me to go there to modify it, so the online res still showed the old dates. When I tried to completely cancel online, it would not allow changes to an "expired reservation". But what about the upcoming one I had in my hand? That's the one I needed to cancel to avoid charges. When I emailed the hotel, Heather wrote to say they could not modify or cancel an online reservation. I emailed her the modified itinerary that HER hotel had sent me, and asked her to try, as they HAD been able to change it (at least within their own system). I never heard a reply. I called the general reservation number, and a very sweet lady tried to correct the mess, could not, and told me to call the hotel directly. Heather was even more rude and unhelpful on the phone, refusing to listen as I tried to explain that HER hotel had caused this issue with the dates, and doggedly repeating her mantra that she "could not modify or cancel online reservations". I asked if she had even tried to cancel it, and she finally admitted she had not. When I asked her to try, she sighed deeply and loudly - I guess helping others is an incredible imposition on Heather. She finally looked in the system, and told me that her system showed the reservation was cancelled, and there was no upcoming stay. So I guess I had no reservation after all. Well, I hope I don't - we'll see if I am now charged. Thank you to the Cobblestone employees who were kind in trying to help me, but do not expect any assistance from Heather.

We had the BEST experience at this hotel. Our big group was treated with top of the line service. Carrie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She and one of the housekeepers even brought in a bunch of toys for all of the kids in our group! An extremely clean and comfortable hotel and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend

Cobblestone was wonderful! It was clean, Quiet, and close to the interstate. Your employees were super! Breakfast was MORE than expected. While traveling usually we have to take from little offered. But you served waffles, rolls, cereal, both hot and cold. Fresh fruit was there plus choice of juice. Plus HOT eggs and bacon, and yogurt. Thanks to you charming staff we left More than happy. I went back into Cobblestone to get a list of other Cobblestones we might come upon for the future. GREAT PLACE!
