They turn off the water without notice, they don’t let anyone know when it will happen and can go the whole entire day without water. They don’t fix anything professionally. No repairs or renewing is done. Very unprofessional people who don’t know what they are doing. I do not recommend getting an apartment here ! My bathroom wall was very damaged from a leak and paint was chipping, I have kids. It took them 5 months to come and fix it and the repairs were horrible. They did such a bad job the plaster is cracking again. They neglect tenants! Every week the water gets turned off WITHOUT notice. They never have any explanation other then wait it out. Horrible service !

I just purchased a condo at parkchester north and whenever I call the service dept I am put on hold for an hour then the phone hangs up this is not right I dont live here for free and its not my fault the building need repairs not to mention the roach problem mr Ari my condo needs repairs water damage from the leak upstairs on 5h... on the h line my windows sills are rotten and rusty I've been calling a month already no one answers i was told one time when i called the emegency line i was told i need to have patience if i dont pay my maintenance on time will you all have patience. Dont treat condo owners like this i pay my bill on time my condo needs assistant at 2200 east tremont ave and i am fed up. Someone came out to inspect my windows and my ceiling why cant it be fixed? Are u waiting for the whole place to collapse from top to bottom? Everytime i patch the wall water leaks through please i need someone to come out mr manager. If my place is getting water in the walls then the entire buliding is having the same problem

Application process was easy and simple. The updated apartments are absolutely beautiful. They have handled any issue we've had swiftly. I forgot my keys in the house and within 30 minutes, they had a locksmith there to let me in. Zero issues getting a parking permit also. The only negative is the lack of parking and residents having to pay a meter is a bit excessive and expensive for some, but overall, we love it.
