We booked last minute as a replacement for another hotel that turned out badly. Front desk was friendly and the rooms were clean and smelled great! Large rooms and extra amenities were an added bonus. Great place to stay!

I would stay in a gas station bathroom before I stayed in this hotel. Walking up to the hotel we were greeted by a giant pile of vomit. I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been there for days. Maybe someone got sick from falling through the giant hole in the lobby ceiling. Who knows. The front desk was empty when we arrived, and after hitting the bell and waiting for 10+ minutes, the clerk eventually came out. Grumpily, she told that there was no room for us because we booked online (we booked through the Hilton website). The front desk clerk told me that people who called to make their reservations got priority and we were out of luck. No effort to put us up somewhere else, no refund issued (the person at the desk said that she could not issue one) and no effort to find us another place to stay. Keep in mind that this was at 10:30 at night. Fortunately, we had friends staying at the hotel who offered us to bunk with them. We went to their room just to find it as much of a disaster as the lobby. The white bed sheets were stained yellow. The bed looked like a drunk person made it (maybe they were in a rush to vomit in front of the building). The bathtub was stained blue. And to top it all off, there was a pack of insulin left in the fridge! No thank you. We left and stayed at the Sunoco down the road. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. And if for some reason you do, let me know if they did ever clean up that vomit out front. I can't believe this hotel is a Hilton.

While I didn't have a room this weekend because of them being short staffed everything was explained to me very clearly and kindly and I appreciated everything they did. The guy at the desk was super nice to me while he helped me find a room at another hotel where I ended up staying and I felt so bad for the guy. I saw him being yelled at by two guests and even heard someone yelling at him while he tried to explain the same thing to me. This guy even went to go help the pretty young lady with red and pink hair clean rooms which I could tell he wasn't accustomed to doing. I have stayed here before and always had fantastic service and a clean room. 10/10 would stay again.

Please Read this review - DO NOT STAY here. Worst experience ever. My wife and I traveled in from NEPA for a wedding. We checked in digitally for 3 pm and arrived at 2:45. We were met with 50 guests also attending the wedding stuck in the lobby because no rooms were available. The lady at the front desk asked if everyone could check in after the wedding at mid night. Please understand everyone, including myself drove in for this wedding and needed to change out of sweat pants and jeans. The hotel finally gave us dirty rooms to get changed in. We really appreciate being in other peoples filth during Covid. Also by the time this happened we had already missed the first shuttle to the wedding. So after rushing to get dressed and carry our bags back to the cars, we caught a late shuttle that was sent back for us and we arrived late for the ceremony. When we returned later that night and finally were given rooms, the rooms were not clean. My room didn’t have any toilet paper and the front desk didn’t have any. So we had to go room to room to find some extra. As for the actually hotel, the ceiling in the lobby was falling down. I guess there was some water damage. The rooms were very outdated. The showers had very low water pressure. The shower itself had a 8 by 2in crack in it and I could see into the wall. No water bottles in the room or available at the front desk. I am a diamond member and proud of this status. I am going out of my way to help people understand this is what they can expect at this hotel. I have called Hilton corporate and expect a call on Monday. Don’t know what they can do since they severely disrupted my friend’s wedding. I just want to stress I’m not the only one who had this problem. At least 50 other guests experienced this same BS!

Not that I've seen.
Yes, they allow small pets. I have seen both dogs and cats. There's a pond behind the hotel with a paved footpath. Hope this helps
