Worst company in America NEVER do business with them. Delete the app. Delete your account. Use TickPick instead. Still waiting on over a thousand dollars in pandemic refunds two and half years later. I was a loyal customer for ten years and they decided to screw me. Never ever EVER again.

This company is the epitome of horrible customer service, dishonest user agreements, sky high hidden fees - terrible people

There are specific options to select when placing and order that would dictate when and how ticket transfer occurs. We opted to pick our up in person, same day, an hour before the show. Some events only allow for this option, while others allow email or snail mail transfer of ownership. I would check your order and validate which option you had selected. Perhaps you chose email or in person pickup, as opposed to physical tickets through snail mail.
No. You can only pickup tickets you purchase on StubHub.
Call customer service so they can track your transaction.
Yes.
Bro i have no idea. Matinee or a scalper
Yes, the gentlemen there are very helpful. Tell them I sent you.
Call them as soon as possible. They will fix it.
Yes. I don't know if it's calculated the same as online purchases though.
Hi Andre. In the "store" the only difference is that there are people there to help you if you need assistance to use the computers on site to make your purchase. They can't find tickets for you without creating an online account in your name. So no difference in fees. The major difference is they can tell you if there are certain tickets downstairs after having been dropped off by sellers if you want to leave with a paper ticket. Hope that helps!
39th street, it's at the corner of 39th and Broadway, very easy to find.
No. But communication was weak. Wristbands were give WAY before 3pm. They should of had more on hand when more fans arrived
You can purchase tickets, you just need to have a visa or MasterCard (debit is fine) or PayPal account as they provide computers to book using their website. Check with staff if your wanting to purchase and collect straight away. They're really helpful
