Decent open air stop with very small parking lot. Must be really lucky/early to park or it's a long walk to park on street. Winter months are more troublesome if there is snow since the lot is so small. Can also get slippery when iced over due to slope of entry/exit

Nj transit website says its free to park, but it has signs that say you will be towed? How can I park there?

You can park there for free all day, just not overnight otherwise you get towed.

It's first come, first served because it's free. Generslly, it fills up by 645 am week days.
