Do not go to this location. They have the worst team and management at this location.They do not acknowledge customers. People wait confused, not sure who will help. I paid for my daughter’s contact lense evaluation and was informed a class was required for her, which is understandable. They only offer classes at 11am or 3pm weekdays, no Saturdays, which was not originally disclosed. I kept a copy of the agreement/policy as proof. After speaking with customer service, they were able to accommodate me at a different location. The staff at the store did not want to make the effort. The manager at the other location was more than happy to help even though we were not her clients and requested that the Clifton location send the file.

This place is so unprofessional. They will rob you for your insurance payment, and for your out of pocket payment and still not provide you with what has been paid. Don’t go to this eye doctor. It’s one thing to say oh you know people will talk down on a business because of a bad day or something … but no I am here writing this review because of the rude employee Margie and because of the service they rob you from. Go else where.

If you like to watch the staff look at each other while the phone rings off the hook, wait several months for contacts while the staff passes the buck, have to call corporate to get someone to answer the phone and have your order end up being wrong and glasses scratched then this is the place for you! Disclaimer: there are a few people that seem to care including the manager.
