Disliked - Mold in the shower. Carpet in second floor hallway made what was supposed to be an accessible/handicapped! room almost inaccessible and the room was as far away from an accessible exit as you could possibly get. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and shifting underfoot, dangerous for those with poor balance. No handicapped parking near entrance, only near first floor accessible rooms, making the second-floor room even less accessible and exhausting to reach. GM anything but helpful and overall rude concerning the accessibility problems. Additionally, the incidental/damage whatever you wish to call it deposit/hold was $250! Totally ridiculous and we were told it could take two weeks or more for the deposit/hold to be returned. This was the only accessible game in town and the room was nonrefundable, or we would've gone elsewhere. Liked · Friendly cleaning and maintenance staff. Spacious room. Nice, inviting lobby.

Don't waste your time or your money. I reserved this room the night before. Checked in at 3 pm couldn't get into my room until about 5 pm, kept getting told it'll only be about 15 minutes. Finally got in my room and my family settled in then the front desk girl knocked on my door to make sure there was only 4 people in the room. Didn't try to compensate me for the hours I was not in the room nor offered anything else. Just don't come here. I'm not even staying. This place is a joke.

Don't stay here is you want a hot shower!! We stayed here for the weekend. At check in, I was asked for a security deposit even though they had my credit card on file. I planned to pay in cash but the desk clerk, charged my card & never offered to reverse it, just stated we only take cash or credit cards. We were given a room on the 3rd floor that lamps didn't work properly. We had little to NO hot water and were told to wait 5 mins to heat up as 3rd floor gets last call and it's set for warm so no one burns themselves. Also the hot and cold was reversed in the tub/shower. I was never offered any compensation, just a I'll have maintenance check on it and thank you for letting us know. I'm still confused as to why I have a $100 security hold on my card 3 days after check out. I didn't break the hot water heater.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago. The sheets on the bed were dirty and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and old. The entire room and the bathroom were not clean. It is a shame that this hotel does not have clean rooms because the location is perfect for walking to the town. We will never stay here again. Owners should invest money into the hotel as I am sure others read these posts before booking. I wish I had or I would not have stayed here. My realtor asked me about the hotel and I told her how disappointing the rooms were with all the details. She will probably not recommend this location to future clients she will have.
