This company is trash and took 3 months to get me properly on payroll when I submitted all the correct information on my date of hire. I worked through countless coordinators at the Johnstown ny office who did nothing but point fingers at other departments for their lack of communication and quite frankly their lack of knowing how to do their job. I resigned and haven't had a client since November and blocked all of their numbers and they called my mom's phone 6 months later in May and after I threatened legal action if they didn't take me off of their pca list after months of reminders and additional resignations that they disregarded I FINALLY got a letter confirming 6 months later my processed resignation in a letter with a hand written sharpie on the front with my name misspelled. This company is a joke and a scam at least and the Johnstown ny office is trash. I couldn't recommend this company less to anyone.

This place is absolutely amazing. Very nice staff just finished my final today the teacher was very understanding and nice also care about weather you pass or fail and also will help you understand anything you may not habe understood and is very open to listening super stoked I got the opportunity to have been a participant in this class and highly recommend if looking into starting a career as a pca and helping the elderly with people who actually care about the welbeing of other thank yall for this opportunity once again
