Seeing Dr Jindal cause I was hurt at work. The guy definitely does know what he’s doing. The people who complain about waiting times here have no patience whatsoever. There’s one doctor. If you don’t like it find someone else.

I think Dr. Jindal is a very understanding doctor who cares for his patients. Has very good manors. Makes you feel very comfortable and compassionate. Definitely would recommend him.

I was a patient that went every month to Doctor Surinder P. Jindal's office in Wappingers Falls for a long period of time. I went there to get injections in my neck/shoulder area due to pain, fibromyalgia and a pinched nerve in my neck. I think that this neurologist, specialist, MD cares about his patients and is professional, knowledgeable but has so many patients it's difficult for him to go from patient to patient as he is only human and works by himself. There is always a long wait in the W-A-I-T-I-N-G room (pun intended) because the office personnel double book patients appointments as there's just a great deal of demand for a neurologist in this area. I have known other patients who couldn't or wouldn't stay for their appointment since the wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour plus+++. So I suggest that you remember that chances are very high that the doctor won't examine you at your scheduled appointment time. If you have to return back to work afterwards, it can be a problem. I can understand everyone's frustration and them losing their patience because everyone's time is valuable. We all have our limits but if you leave early then you won't get your needed treatment and/or prescriptions. It's a Catch 22, damned if you do and damned if you don't. However, I have to say a 3 star rating is not a reflection of Dr. Jindal's abilities. It's because the office is always busy and sometimes there isn't enough seating in the waiting room due to the high volume of patients. Waiting so long is an unfortunate reality that no one is happy about.
