I just tried the red light therapy, it was pretty nice. It's so convenient and reasonably priced, I can't wait to go back. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back!

Went with my mom to try the Salt Cave today. It was absolutely wonderful! So relaxing and I know it might be too soon to notice a difference, but I actually did feel like my sinus’ were clearing. I’m sure with a few more sessions it could do so much more. I am asthmatic with terrible allergies and eczema so I’ll probably go back in another month or so to see how round 2 goes. Definitely worth it! Also, I love the little shop they have with so many different products that you might not find at a regular store. The lady behind the counter who welcomed us was super nice as well. Can’t wait to come back!
