I received a new med from CVS. Something I have never been on before. I wasn't asked if I had any questions or counseled on the drug at all. I have had some pretty bad side effects that I wasn't expecting. This is very poor customer service. I felt like I was a burden on the person who waited on me through the drive thru. Apparently her conversation was more important than helping me. Seriously disappointed.

I used to love this CVS. They are so busy now, they lack service, especially the drive thru. Don't bother with the drive thru unless you're getting covid testing. I sat in line for 25 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription. When i finally got up to the window, i waited another several minutes, while the car next to me pulled up after i got to the window, and got waited on right away. When the girl got to me, i told her i was in line long before the car next to me. She said there are 2 clerks covering the drive thru. I will never go to the drive thru again.

The pharmacy staff are very friendly and professional. The store workers are nice for the most part. There one girl that always looks like she hates being at work but hey I just smile and be kind. The store is very clean and organized.

A welcome breath of fresh air in customer service. April, who was tending the register, went far above expectations helping me find some bug repellant. I'm rarely on Apple ave and not familiar with that store. She was friendly and efficient. That builds customer loyalty. I'll use CVS over The GreenWalls from now on thanks to April. Thank her for me!
