I had some issues with shipping costs which were addressed very quickly when brought to their attention. And a no cost exchange was arranged for a part I ordered incorrectly. The clock in my husband's police retirement plaque stopped working. I was able to find the correct size and clock face for the plaque on Clockworks website. They shipped the new clock very quickly but, unfortunately, that clock did not work. I contacted Clockworks and they were very understanding and shipped a second clock to me. I was impressed by their response and the fact that they value their customers regardless of the price of the merchandise. Well done Clockworks! Great customer service is hard to find these days.
