I enjoyed working with Walpole Woodworkers during my recent project. I searched for months to find the perfect mailbox and post and I found them at Walpole! Everyone that I had contact with at the Westport location has been kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I particularly found the showroom manager, Mark to be helpful when he assisted me in selecting just the right products. My mailbox and post were ordered and installed in no time at all and it looks amazing. I am looking forward to my next project!

Terrible customer service; particularly for the very high price. Mark specifically was very difficult to work with and flat out said upon my asking him if they could either uninstall the numbers they installed and to fix the holes, or uninstall and reinstall new numbers, he told me that “there was no money in it for them.” He then told me to figure it out myself. I would think that their customer service would be better. Particularly for a local based company.

I am writing to issue a formal complaint against Mark Collins of the Walpole Westport location. He has been completely unresponsive to emails and phone messages. Not only was our delivery broken on arrival but, after several months, we are still waiting to hear whether our light post will ever be installed. Honestly it was easier to build an in-ground pool than it has been to put a Walpole light fixture next to it. I have never complained about a retail experience in my life by his behavior has been unacceptable. As of this writing the months-long issue is unresolved and neither my wife nor I can even get a status update.

Many times, when you are looking for a specific look, we can search our library and show you options. Your design consultant should be able to guide you through all choices and on larger jobs, our engineering department will provide drawings for you to review.
