Bravo I haven't had a salad bar in six months I went in and had hand cleaner and had gloves that you must wear and you were able to get a salad bar which is probably the biggest reason why I go to Ruby Tuesday's the meal was wonderful and the service was great but the fact that they're salad bars open was so comforting and I truly enjoyed my visit we went to the one in Rockledge right off of 95 and it's sitting on fiske boulevard

Yes! Ruby Tuesday's does have outside seating. It's under cover and has a fence around it, so it's a bit camouflaged, but it's there.
I really don't know... You will have to call them to fine out...
Covid safety practices are very good. Constant cleaning takes place, masks are mandatory and gloves are required for handling utensils at the salad bar.
