We had an Amazon driver drive into our garage door in April. The entire door needed to be replaced and I called two companies. My experiences could not have been different. Needless to say, we went with Action. The first person I talked to was Annette Combs in sales. She was very helpful and knew her stuff. She ordered the door and let me know it was going to take quite a while, due to demand from the manufacturer. The door arrived in the time frame Annette gave me and the installers, Shane and Berto showed up on time on the date of installation and did a great job hanging the new door. There were a few minor issues with the insulation panels on the new door, and Annette had someone out within days to correct them. Edwin, the guy who came out to take care of those issues, saw the same issues on our other door, which I had never even mentioned, and fixed those as well. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected and did an excellent job. It was obvious he took pride in his work. This company made things very easy and you can tell that they care about what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
